About Me

My name is Harley Napolitano (she/her) and I'm an 18 year old college student. I'm going to college for software development (soon to be cybersecurity) and I have dabbled in game development here and there. I also like to do media production, like creating youtube videos (though I haven't made any in a while).

As a child I dabbled in technology at an early age. I started using linux when I was in 4th grade, and I've been daily-driving it for years now. I also built my first computer in 7th grade (it was an i9-9900k + Rtx 2080) which I used from then until the tail end of high school. That same year, I also created my first html/css website (though it was a bit basic). I've since improved on my development skills a bit, but I had a good start!

Outside of tech, I'm also a writer, and I'm particularly interested in government/history, in other words: screaming my opinions into the void that is the world wide web. A lot of this can be found in my blog, but I swear, most of it isn't politics or insane rambling about how Woodrow Wilson ruined modern America. Like many others, I won't promise that I'll abandon the blog in three weeks like most obscure internet blogs, but I'll try and keep it updated whenever I want to scream at someone or something again.

Misc Facts

• My first "real" (if you don't count html/css) programming language was python, but my most proeficient language was C#. Nowadays though, I'd argue it's a tie between rust and gdscript.
• I'm allergic to every tree in my state.
• My zodiac (if you care about that) is cancer.
• I daily drive Bluefin Linux instead of arch because troubleshooting my production machine when it breaks is not my definition of "fun".
• Despite calling myself a youtuber, the last video I ever made is 5 years old and unlisted
